The Three-Part Method

Every lesson in this manual runs through the same discipline. Convert frustration into rule-based analysis before you draft anything.

First

Identify the Procedural Event

Service, motion, opposition, default, order, judgment, appeal, or enforcement — name exactly where you are before you decide what to do.

Second

Identify the Controlling Source

Statute, rule, Part Rule, court order, case law, or appellate rule. Every argument needs a source before it needs a sentence.

Third

Match the Source to the Proof

Affidavit, exhibit, service proof, transcript, receipt, email, notice, or sworn statement. A rule without proof is just an opinion.
